Dan joined us 5 years ago, working as Risk and Compliance Director, and then later as Chief Operating Officer. He is now our Managing Director.
Before joining the team that he now heads up, Dan spent over 20 years working for one of the ‘Big 6’ energy suppliers in a number of senior roles including Customer Services, Regulation, Compliance and Policy.
Dan is passionate about people and looking after our fantastic team, to ultimately enable them to deliver a fantastic service and the best possible deals for our customers at all times.

Mollie has over 8 years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry. Over 4 years ago Mollie started working in our underwriting department, where she gained an incredible insight into all the second charge lenders policies and procedures.
She later moved into her current role as a Loan Adviser, where she works tirelessly to ensure our clients receive a great service and receive the best possibe deals.

Paul has an impressive history working in Financial Services, with over 30 years of experience. He started in banking with TSB (then Lloyds TSB), before moving into the secured loan industry in 2005, then joined us in 2016.
